WELCOME TO THE CSUDH UNIVERSITY HOUSING PORTAL

This is the Home page of the University Housing StarRez Portal.

Please click the "Log In" tab above to sign in by entering your CSUDH Username and password in order to gain access to the Housing Portal. You MUST use your CSUDH credentials to log in.

Summer 2024 and Academic Year 2024-25 applications are now open as of 10:00am on FRIDAY, MARCH 29, 2024.

We are still accepting applications for Spring 2024.

✦ NEW CSUDH ADMITS: You MUST have confirmed your intent to enroll before you can apply for Housing. Please make sure to set up and activate your My.CSUDH.edu student portal and Toromail email account, if you haven't already. If you have any issues logging into your student portal or setting up your Toromail email account, please contact the Campus IT at (310) 243-2500. Once you've submitted your Intent to Enroll, please allow 24-48 hours for our records to be updated before submitting your application.

Before you apply, please go through the Application Checklist posted on our web site.

✦ CSUDH STUDENTS: Any currently enrolled FULL-TIME student interested in living on campus may apply for Housing through the Portal. If you are new to Housing, please go through the Application Checklist before you apply.

✦ CURRENT HOUSING RESIDENTS: You may use the Portal to re-apply for Housing, submit a Maintenance Request, submit a Room Change Request, complete a Apartment/Room Inventory, and Roommate/Living Agreements.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU APPLY FOR HOUSING:

Immunization Requirements: Effective Fall 2023, all students living on campus are REQUIRED to submit the following immunization documentation to the Student Health Center before the start of their occupancy:

  • Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR) Vaccine
  • Meningococcal Conjugate (Serogroups A, C, Y, W-1135) Vaccine
  • Tetanus-Diphteria-Pertussis (Tdap) Vaccine
  • Varicella (Chickenpox)
  • COVID-19 vaccine
  • Tuberculosis Screening/Risk Assessment (TB) (click to download the form)
  • Hepatitis B (age 18 or younger)

Complete immunization records AND the TB Screening Form are REQUIRED for clearance to move into on-campus housing.

All documents should be submitted to the Immunization Verification Dropbox.
